Podcasting is a growing method for distrubuting multimedia files over the Internet. While this is a relatively new technology, the Hall School of Journalism and Communication has been Troy University's leader in adopting and using podcasts as a teaching tool.

In addition, Hall School of Journalism and Communication students gain practical experience working with new media on Troy University's podcasts.
