Mr. Dan Atkinson
is an adjunct professor for the Hall School of Journalism.
Mr. Atkinson
specializes in broadcast journalism and advertising.
He brings many years of real-world broadcast experience to the classroom. Mr. Atkinson is well-known in the nation as he was an on-air
meteorologist for the Weather Channel. In addition, Mr. Atkinson worked for WSB-TV in Atlanta, WSFA-TV and WNCF-TV in Montgomery,
Alabama. He is currently seen on WFRZ-TV in Montgomery.
Mr. Atkinson graduated from Emory University's Candler School of Theology.
