Leadership Opportunities
The president is the
chief executive officer of the chapter. He or she presides over all
meetings, organizes the business for each meeting, supervises trips
taken by the chapter, greets all guests and speakers and acts as
outside contact person for the chapter. The president and the vice
president coordinate chapter projects.
The vice president is vested
with all of the duties of the president in his or her absence. In
addition, the vice president develops project ideals and coordinates
their completion.
The secretary/treasure Keeps
minutes of meetings, make deposits, pays bills and monitors the
chapter's finances.
Committee chairs coordinate
members and others to achieve the completion of chapter projects and
initiatives.
